final ae blog

Hi guys now I have some news I may not be blogging for a bit so I am going to make this a quick blog with some tips and some facts so you may get some basic ones but it won’t be super major so for now how to link a wireless access terminal to your network. Open the ME Controller interface and place the ME Wireless Access Terminal in the top right square.
To use one, you need to be within range of an ME Wireless Access Point. Place it on your hotbar, use it and the interface will open. Now charge it by putting it the a me power relay
 access point

 me power relay

now that is all for now but if the pics wont work the last blog has a vid which should work

applied energenics mod

Hi there today I will be talking about applied energetics mod
The main thing in this mod is the me system which requires a minimum of 3 things
An access terminal, a M.E. drive and M.E. controller and a power source.
Here are the crafting recipes
Controller
Iron ingot
Fluix crystal
me Advanced processer

Me drive
Me basic processer
Iron ingot
Chest
Glass
Now before the access terminal you need storage cells now you can use another thing called a me chest but this is cheaper and more efficient since it can hold 10 times as much items
I will show the basic crafting recipe but next week I will show the rest of the storage cells
1k storage cell

And finally the access terminal but I will show the upgraded version as well
Access terminal

Crafting upgrade
And wireless upgrade

Note the wireless upgrade will only allow access to your terminal and to add things but will need charging

and a video to help if it still is confusing or the pics arent working

final for tinkers construct

Hello again I am going to do one last tinkers construct blog for now and it will be about what you can make in a Smeltery and using a drying rack.
Drying rack:
The drying rack is a decorative block that can be used to put your items on display, but also has the ability to make Jerky and other foods.
You can craft it with 3 wood slabs
Method
Right click the Drying Rack with an item to add it to the rack. If it is a raw meat item, it will turn into yummy Jerky after about five minutes.

Many kinds of jerky can be made, including beef, chicken, mutton (only if the right mods are installed), bacon, fish, and non-toxic monster meat. Additionally, Gelatinous Slime Drops and Coagulated Blood Drops can be made with the Drying Rack.
I do not like how congealed blood is a little op as you can put yourself or mobs so you can farm them easily and put blood in a casting table no cast and then put it on a drying rack and it gives you   3 hunger points and two and a half minutes of Health Boost II. Health Boost II does the same as Health Boost, but it only takes away half of the extra hearts when it runs out
Smeltery: used to make alloys and casts.
All there is left to say is how to make casts and how to use them.
Casts are used with the Smeltery to make metal tool parts. To start, take a stone tool part, (ex., a pickaxe head) and put it in a Casting Table hooked up to your Smeltery. Then pour some Aluminum Brass or Gold into the table. It will form a Cast around the tool part. You then remove the stone tool part, and are now free to pour any metal you like into the newly created Cast.

You can make Casts for any tool part except Bowstring and Fletching. You can also make Ingot and Gem Casts

Tinkers Tips Tricks and Facts part 2

Now for this post I will worry more on upgrades for tinkers construct now for this we will start by a list of materials you can add to tools.
v  1x Diamond: Increases the durability of the tool by 500 and the mining level to Obsidian, if it isn't higher, like cobalt. Can only be used once.
v  1x Emerald: Increases the durability of the tool by 50%. Can only be used once.
v  Redstone: Increases the mining speed of the tool by 0.08. 1 modifier counts as 50 redstone (i.e. +4.00 mining speed). Can be used for multiple slots (i.e. 'Haste III' or +12.00 mining speed is gained from 150 redstone, but uses three modifier slots)
v  1x Ball of Moss: Crafted with 9x Mossy Cobblestone/Mossy Stone Brick. The tool will automatically repair (relatively slowly) itself. Can be applied once per modifier slot. Repairs quicker in sunlight (in 1.5.5dev3+, Moss has no modifier limit.
v  1x Lava Crystal: Crafted with 4x Fire Charge, 4x Blaze Rod, 1x Lava Bucket. Tools will automatically smelt the block they mine and weapons will gain Fire Aspect, with a duration of 3 seconds.  It is not compatible with Silky (Silk Touch). Compatible with Fortune. Weapons will automatically cook food items dropped by animals. Can only be used once.
v  Lapis: Increases the total "luck" of the tool. The Fortune enchants are added with the following amounts of lapis: 100 lapis = Fortune/Looting I. 300 lapis = Fortune/Looting II. 450 lapis (max) = Fortune/Looting III.
v  Nether Quartz: Increases the sharpness of weapons. 1 quartz = +0.5 heart. 36 quartz = +1 heart. 72 quartz (max) = +1.5 hearts.
v  Blaze Powder: Adds Fire Aspect. Every 5 Blaze Powder adds 1 second to the burn duration. 1 modifier counts as 25 Blaze Powder
v  Wither Bone: Makes the tool Necrotic. 0-1 heart heal on attack, it doesn't take any HP from your target. Stackable, multiple bones will increase the chance to heal and increase the maximum amount you can heal per attack.
v  Silky Jewel: Silky (Silk Touch). Not Compatible with Auto-smelt and Luck. Can only be used once, and will lower your mining speed.
v  Flux: Only available if Thermal Expansion 3 is installed. Adding any Flux Capacitor to a tool enables it to use energy instead of durability. Provides 400,000RF worth of durability regardless of the type of capacitor used. Can only be applied once.
v  Electric: Only available if IndustrialCraft 2 is installed. Adding Electric Circuit+RE Battery to a tool enables it to use energy instead of durability. Can only be applied once.
v  Obsidian Plate: Adds the Reinforced trait to a tool. Stacks with any levels of Reinforced already on the tool. Single use, which means each plate you add costs 1 modifier slot.
v  Piston: Adds Knockback to a tool. Multi-use, up to 10 pistons per modifier slot.
v  Obsidian + Ender Pearl: Adds Beheading
v  Fermented Spider Eye: Adds Bane of Arthropods to a weapon. It deals 1-2 hearts more damage per level to spiders, taking 4 per level, and is multi-use.
v  Consecrated Soil: Adds Smite to a weapon. It deals 1-2 hearts more damage per level to undead mobs, taking 36 per level, and is multi-use.
v  Nether Star: Plus 1 Modifier. Only usable once
v  Diamond plus Gold block: Plus 1 Modifier. Only usable once
v  Enchanted Golden Apple plus Diamond block: Plus 1 Modifier. Only usable once

Now that is all.

tinkers tips tricks and facts part 1

Hi there and once again I will do Minecraft mod tips tricks and facts please tell me if you want more of this or something different.
For the first mod I will be doing tinkers construct. Before I star remember this is a bit confusing so I will be explaining a bit more then my last ones and this post will only be one mod.

1)    First thing you will need is a blank pattern you need 2 sticks and 2 planks in a checkered pattern. You need three to start making tools.
2)    Next things to craft are the 3 basic items, put 1 blank pattern with each of these items. 1 wooden plank, 1 wood log, and 1 crafting table and an optional recipe 1 pattern and a chest
3)    Now you will want to hunt down four sand, one clay and four gravel and that will give you 8 grout. You can use the tool station to make a shovel that can be upgraded with luck (fortune).
4)    Cook grout to make seared brick. Make a chest, bricks, chest with glass in middle and ladder without the middle piece then a bucket and leggings and cauldron out of seared brick and then you have all you need for a smeltery which doubles your production.
5)    For the smeltery you need a minimum of 18 seared bricks one smeltery controller and 1 seared tank to hold lava for fuel. The smeltery is important to get better tools or casts or alloys like bronze or even better Manyullyn (((man-yoo-lin) made with  Cobalt and Ardite) an end game resource).

That is all for now next week I will have more on how to upgrade tools and the new tools added.

More Minecraft Tips, Tricks and Facts

Hello again to Tips, Tricks and Facts and today we will look at 2 more mods and then let me know if you want more of this or something different.

For the first mod we will look at is Orespawn.

1. For a cheaper miners dream tame a wtf? They can be tamed with iron and they drop iron when killed so hunt some down and kill them then tame 1
2. Hunt down a termite first thing because then you have nothing to lose.
3. Most know to beware an Irukandji because instant death comes from a punch but all you need is a stick or block so it does not instant kill you.
4. Make Irukandji arrows to boost the damage of your ultimate bow.
5. Make an afk pool and experience armour and sword so you can gain exp while afk and this will increase the strength of the exp sword it starts with +ten damage and adds +one damage for each level of exp you have.

For my second mod it will be Ex Nihilo. Ex Nihilo is a mod that not too many mod packs use because it is a little op but I want to talk about it because it gives a new meaning to sky block. I will list some basic items and a few uses for each.

v  Crook: the crook is cheap and important because you need it to get silk worms and it gives a better chance of getting saplings
v  Silk worms: right click leaves to infest them then break them for a string.
v  Barrel: using wood you can craft a barrel which is important to get dirt and clay and soul sand as well as slime, endstone, netherrack, and mossy cobblestone.
v  Sieve: want diamonds from gravel well you can but that means you need dirt to sieve.

v  Use a crucible to make lava out of cobblestone and then a cobble stone generator. To make one mix clay (right click barrel of water with sand) and bone meal to make porcelain to make an unfired crucible now cook that to make a crucible then put it on a torch.

Minecraft Mod Tips Tricks and facts

Hey there, and welcome to Tips, Tricks and Facts. Here I will talk about Tips, Tricks and facts on many topics ranging from tourism to gaming to cooking to modifications and much more.

To start I will give some tips and tricks and facts for some mods for Minecraft, to start we will do Buildcraft.

1)                   The Redstone engine will explode but takes a while. Use a Redstone timer to allow time to cool down and prevent damage to your factory or transport system. Some mods make that a 2 block operation or so.

2)                   Oil is easy to get, but is not efficient. use fuel to speed up work and speed up your engine and overheating.

3)                   Use a refinery to upgrade oil to fuel.

4)                   You can use the transport pipes to make conductive and water proof pipes that then can make efficient Redstone and fluid transport.

For the next sets of tips tricks and facts let’s go with Fossils and Archeology.
1.                   Use milk to increase the chance of a dino egg.
2.                   Brachiosaurus will destroy blocks weaker then iron if they are not at least half its eye height.
3.                   Use a scarab gem to tame a T-rex, it has a 0.001% chance of dropping from biofossils, then use a sword to attack a 9 day old T-rex till it has 7 health left, use a dinopedia to check, it should be laying down now so right click with scarab gem to tame.
4.                   The brachiosaurus will eat from a feeder if it is +/- 2 blocks of eye height.

That is all for this post. I will try to put out a new blog each week, hope it helped, comment to let me know what you want next.
